Abstract

Näschen für Proteine: Aus fluoreszierenden DNA‐G‐Quadruplexen wurden vielseitige Signalrezeptoren für Proteine in Lösung aufgebaut. Die Einführung einer Proteinprobe in das Ensemble resultiert in einem einzigartigen, charakteristischen Emissionsmuster (siehe Schema, R = Fluorophor). Die selbstorganisierten Proteindetektionssysteme sind leicht herstellbar, für Hochdurchsatzverfahren geeignet und auf kleine Proteinproben anwendbar.magnified image
