This paper describes a specific and highly sensitive ELISA system using monoclonal antibodies in order to assay an organophosphorus compound. The soman derivative methyl phosphonic acid, p-aminophenyl 1,2,2,-trimethyl-propyl diester (MATP) served as model substance. In order to obtain antibody-produ

## Abstract Norovirus (NoV) capsid proteins were expressed as virus‐like particles (VLPs) by using recombinant baculovirus in insect cells, which had 5 genotypes in genogroup I and 11 genotypes in genogroup II, and the VLPs were used as immunogens. Polyclonal antibody against the VLP of GII/3 genot

A fixed bed perfusion system for hybridoma cell immobilization is presented. The system consists of a culturing vessel (300 ml total volume) in which polyurethane (PU) sponges in the form of small cubes of about 5 mm sides are packed. Cells are immobilized by physical entrapment in the foam matrix.
