Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is a common malignant salivary gland tumor characterized by cellular and architectural heterogeneity. Nuclear pseudoinclusions have not been previously described in this salivary gland tumor. This is a description of the cytologic and histologic findings of a parotid mucoepi
