## Abstract Isolated cutaneous aspergillosis is a rare complication of severe immunocompromised states. We describe a case of isolated cutaneous aspergillosis of the labia minora in an adolescent undergoing treatment for relapsed acute nonβlymphocytic leukemia. The patient was successfully treated
