✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Isolated cutaneous aspergillosis is a rare complication of severe immunocompromised states. We describe a case of isolated cutaneous aspergillosis of the labia minora in an adolescent undergoing treatment for relapsed acute non‐lymphocytic leukemia. The patient was successfully treated with a regimen that consisted of amphotericin B, granulocyte‐colony stimulating factor, and surgical debridement. Β© 1993 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
