A case of four simultaneously occurring primary carcinomas is presented. A squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus with tracheoesophageal fistula was responsible for the patient's death; multiple small bowel carcinoid tumors, an adenocarcinoma of the colon and an adenocarcinoma of the prostate were
