The magnetic field dcpcndcncc of the fluorescence of tctraccnc single crystals has been measured at hi& pressures of up to a 5 kbar. A discontinuous change in the spatial anisotropy of this magnetic field effect occurs ne;Lr 3 kbar signifying the occurrcncc of a phase transition.
