The concentration dependence of the transition temperature T c has been studied in the high-T c compounds (Y~ xTlx)-Ba2Cu307 y, Y(Ba 1 xKx)2Cu307 y and YBa2(Cu I xMg~)307 y. In the TI-compound, the results show little effect on T C. In the K-compound, T~ gradually drops with increasing K concentrati

✦ Synopsis
The pressure effects on the superconducting transition temperature T~ of the superconducting oxide Y~BazCu30 7 y and the N6el temperature T N of the antiferromagnetic oxide La2CuO 4 v were measured at pressures up to about 10kbar. d Tel dP and d TN/dP are obtained to be 0.07 K/kbar and 0.7 K/kbar, respectively. The results are discussed on the basis of an empirical rule proposed for volume dependence of T N and Cyrot's model for high-T c superconductivity, in which T. is given to be proportional to t2/U.
