Abstract

We describe an iterative procedure that, for a given antenna array, allows to determine a radiation pattern belonging to a prescribed mask while the radiated field vanishes in assigned points located in the near‐field region and close each other, so as to reduce the field in a neighborhood of them. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
