✦ Synopsis

The Savitzky-Golay least-squares differentiation digital filter is applied to the processing of potential/time response curves for quantifying enzyme activity with potentiometric membrane electrodes as detectors. The use of this filter avoids operator bias and provides a simple and rapid procedure for data processing.
