## Abstract The proteins of flint corn germs of โ€žMoldavanka oranzhevayaโ€๏ธ and โ€žMoldavanka szoltayaโ€๏ธ varieties, and โ€œMoldavsky 310โ€ hybrid were studied. The principal part of the total proteins of the corn germ is represented basically by the waterโ€soluble fraction (82.3โ€84.2%). Corn germs contain
