R~um~---On a polym6ris6 lc m~thyl-2 pentadi~nc-l,3 trans en un polym~rc cristallin ~ enchainemcnts 1,4 cis h l'aide du systeme catalytique TiCLt-AIRa et en un polym~re cristaUin ~, enchainements 1,4 trans ~t l'aidc du syst~me catalytique Ti (OR)4-VCI3-AIRa. L'action des autres syst~mes catalytiques g~n~ralement utilis~s dans la polym~risation des di~nes est souvent perturb~ par la rb.activit~ cationique ~lev~ due m6thyl-2 pentadi~ne-l,3: on obtient alors un polym~re ~, enchaincments 1,4 trans, amorphc.

Les polymeres ont ~t~ caract~ris~s par lcurs spectres i.r., de RMN et de diffraction des rayons X et par analyse thermique diff6rentiellc.

On compare la r~,activit6 du m~thyl-2 pcntadi~nc-trans ~t celle des autres di~nes.
