We report that mesocrystals of BaTiO3 in uniform mesopores (smaller than 39 A diameter) of MCM-41 molecular sieve showed lowering of dielectric constant maximum temperature by 78 β€’ C and increase of optical absorption peak energy by 0.5 eV comparing with those of bulk BaTiO3.

## Abstract Dielectric relaxation and pyroelectric response of the barium titanate–poly (vinyl chloride) BaTiO~3~–PVC composites of 0–3 connectivity and volume fraction of ceramics __Ο•__ from 0.0 to 0.4 were investigated. Dielectric properties of the composites were found to be a combination of tho
