β¦ Synopsis
We report that mesocrystals of BaTiO3 in uniform mesopores (smaller than 39 A diameter) of MCM-41 molecular sieve showed lowering of dielectric constant maximum temperature by 78
β’ C and increase of optical absorption peak energy by 0.5 eV comparing with those of bulk BaTiO3.
