## Abstract Patients with POEMS (polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, Mβprotein, and skin changes) syndrome exhibit great clinical variability and often have osteosclerotic myeloma. We present a patient with an acquired demyelinating polyneuropathy who was eventually diagnosed as having PO
