Fine needle aspiration biopsy is an extremely useful procedure for the diagnosis of germ cell tumors. Most of the subtypes can be easily recognized and differentiated from other subtypes. For diffıcult cases clinical pathologic correlation may be extremely helpful in establishing a precise diagnosis
