Micro-Raman spectra measurements in the wavenumber region 20-900 cm-1 reveal a complex temperature dependence of the Raman phonon modes on cooling ceramics down to 70 K. An anomalous line narrow-Bi 2 Ti 4 O 11 ing behavior of some phonon modes is observed and is associated with ordered distributions
