โฆ Synopsis
Densities and refractive indices of the nil^, Ha, Hfi and the Hy lines have been measured for a number of triglycerides at 20ยฐ C and at 40ยฐ C. Based on the additivity principle, relations have been developed between the refractive index, density, iodine value and other physical properties of Iriglycerides. Quantification of these relations was carried out based on the prime data obtained from the model triglycerides and from data on fatty acid methyl esters. Proprietes physiques des triglycerides I: Densite et indice de refraction Les densites et indices de refraction des lignes NaD, Ha, Hfl et Hy de nombreux triglycerides ont ete mesures a 20 et 40OC. Sur la base du principe des proprietes additives, les rapports entre l'indice de refraction, la densite, l'indice d'iode et autres proprietes physiques des triglycerides ont Bte exposes. Les rapports quantitatifs ont ete determines a l'aide des valeurs obtenues a partir de triglycerides et esters methyliques d'acide gras modeles.
