✦ Synopsis

Photostimulated attenuation of hypersound in semiconductor superlattices has been investigated theoretically. It is shown that the attenuation coefficient depends on the phonon wave vector q in an oscillatory manner and that from this oscillation the band width of the superlattice can be found.

## Background and objective: Low-level laser irradiation at certain fluences and wavelengths can enhance the release of growth factors from fibroblasts and stimulate cell proliferation in vitro. we evaluated whether low-level laser irradiation can improve wound healing in diabetes mellitus. ## Stu
