We report photovoltaic constant and photoconductivity of Ce,Mn:LiNbO 3 crystals. Using the DC electric field dependence of nonphase-matched second-harmonic generation, photovoltaic constant and photoconductivity were deduced from an analysis of the observed relaxation behavior of space-charge field
