## Abstract During UV.βirradiation of acetone/2βpropanol mixtures at β70Β° products of photoβaddition of acetone to intermediate enols are formed. The yields of these products exceed the yield of pinacol, the major room temperature product. At β70Β° the photoadditions are favoured by the long lifetim
