We have examined the synthetic N-oxides of five ethylenediamine-type antihistamines using fast atom bombardment (FAB) mass spectrometry and FAB tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS). Fragmentation of the protonated molecule in the normal and collisionally activated spectra appeared to be characteristic f
