Abstract
Phosphorus nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of pyridine coenzymes show that the reduced and the oxidized coenzymes exhibit different spectral patterns and chemical shifts. The ^31^Pο£Ώ{^1^H} NMR spectrum of Ξ²βTPN taken as a function pH indicates that the pKa value for the 2β² phosphate group is 6Β·0. It was further found that in Ξ²βTPN, the protonation of the 2β² phosphate group selectively perturbs one ^31^P resonance of the pyrophosphate backbone.

The plot of the relative chemical shifts [A6("N) = G(AHB) -6(B)] against ApK, gives a titration curve which reflects a prot

The complete assignment of the proton NMR spectrum of the sodium salt of mutalomycin in chloroform was obtained by applying homo-and heteronuclear shift correlation techniques. From the observed chemical shifts and coupling constants the conformation of the title compound is discussed, in relation t
