โฆ Synopsis
Abstract
Eight spiroโbiflavonoids named abiesinols AโH, along with three neolignans, quercetin, and protocatechuic acid were isolated from the MeOH extract of the bark of Abies sachalinensis. The structures of these phenolic compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods including NMR and MS. The absolute configurations of the abiesinols were determined by Mosher's method, CD, and NOESY data.
