✦ Synopsis


Abstract

We report on a novel phase determination method of crystal structure factor using phase difference Ξ”__Ο†__ between the interference fringes of the diffracted intensities and those of the transmitted intensities. It is an advantage that the phase of crystal structure factor can be determined using the anomalous scattering only at one wavelength. We demonstrate the method by applying to GaAs 200 reflection near K‐absorption edges of Ga and As.
