Abstract

Chemical shifts were extracted from in vivo^3^‐dimensional^31^P NMR CIS data and pH images were constructed. The images could spatilly resolve tissue pH ranging from 5.8 to 7.2 (with uncertainty of 0.11‐0.17 pH unit)in an ischemia‐reperfusion model of diabetic rat calf muscles.

## Abstract Localized ^31^P NMR spectroscopy was used to evaluate the spatial heterogeneity of the metabolic response of RIF‐1 tumors to hydralazine. Volume localized ^31^P spectra were obtained from subcutaneous RIF‐1 tumors using one‐dimensional chemical‐shift imaging, before and 20 min after tre
