## Abstract Extraction of penicillin G with sulfoxide extractants, petroleum sulfoxide (PSO) and di‐isooctyl sulfoxide (DISO) was researched systematically. Based on research of the extraction equilibrium of penicillin G, the suitable extraction and re‐extraction conditions were determined, and the
