β¦ Synopsis
We report an oblique incidence on semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM) method in the LD pumped passively mode-locked Nd:YVO~4~ picosecond laser in this article, making SESAM as the intracavity reflecting mirror, which produces maximum average output power of 1 W, pulse repetition rate of 120 MHz, and stable continuous mode-locked pulse at 1064 nm with the pulse width of 19.2 ps. To our knowledge, this was the first demonstration that got CW mode-locking in standing-wave laser with a reflected mirror SESAM in oblique incidence way.

A diode-pumped passively mode-locked YVO 4 / Nd:YVO4 composite crystal green laser with a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM) and a intracavity frequencydoubling KTP crystal was realized. The maximum average output power of 2.06 W at 532 nm with a repetition rate of 100 MHz was obtained
The passive mode locking performance of a LDend-pumped Nd:Lu2SiO5 laser is experimentally investigated for the first time. The passive mode locking of the laser is initiated with a semiconductor saturable absorption mirror (SESAM). Stable mode-locked pulses with 12.3 ps pulse width, 148.3 MHz repeti
We present a passively mode-locked TEM~00~ Nd:YVO~4~ oscillator generating 12 ps pulses with an output power of 1.7 W. The laser uses an intra-cavity ``White- cell''-type multipass configuration, enabling a very compact set-up with a repetition rate as low as 16 MHz.
A simple LD-end-pumped, passively mode-locked Nd:YVO~4~ ring laser with bidirectional outputs was demonstrated, and the gyroscopic properties of the ring laser was studied. The laser was continuous wave mode-locked by use of a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM), and both clockwise and c
