The human prostate tumor subline 1-LN-PC-3-1A (1-LN) is reproducibly metastatic in adult athymic nude mice. Cells surviving a brief in vitro exposure to ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS) exhibited a profound decrease in capacity for experimental lung metastasis in nude mice. Thirty days after EMS treatme
