Systematic studies of the (\mathrm{La}{1-x} \mathrm{Sr}{x} \mathrm{RhO}_{3}) system reveal that single phase formation exists up to (x=0.4). The structure undergoes an orthorhombic to tetragonal transition at (x=0.4). A semiconducting to metal transition occurs at (\boldsymbol{x}=\mathbf{0 . 3}). All the phases show paramagnetic behavior.
