Raman and intrared measurements were conducted on Bal-xKxBiO3 single crystals as a function of potassium concentration x, The sample with x=0,5 was found to superconduct below 32 K, while the other two samples with x=0.2 and 1.0 were semiconducting and insulating, respectively.
