Abstract

The use of a programmed temperature vaporizing (PTV) injector has been evaluated for the on‐line concentration and injection of trace organic compounds either sampled from the head‐space above grape juices or purged from solution.

The Simplex method was used to improve the sensitivity of the method by optimization of the experimental conditions.
