β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
SiC film was deposited by electron beamβphysical vapor deposition on thermal oxidized silicon substrates at 750Β°C, and SiC/SiO~2~ composite thin film was prepared. The obtained composite film was analyzed by Fourierβtransform infrared (FTIR) transmission and reflection spectroscopy, and the film reveals an amorphous structure and a high emissivity.Β© 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. ## Abstract Polycrystalline cadmium doped gallium selenide thin films were obtained by the thermal coβevaporation of GaSe crystals and Cd grains onto glass substrates. The structural, compositional and optical properties of these films have been investigated by means of Xβray diffraction, energy di
A novel bromoboron trinitro-subphthalocyanine (BTN-SubPc) thin film has been developed for write-once optical recording by vacuum evaporation. The spectral and optical properties of the film are studied. Some information may be useful when dealing with recording applications, such as uniformity and
