We report on optical reflectivity measurements from 0.03 to 12 eV at room temperature, as well as on Kerr rotation and ellipticity measurements from 0.5 to 5.5 eV between 0.5 and 200 K and fields up to 10 T. The 3 dominant peaks in the off-diagonal conductivity are assigned to transitions of 4f elec
