✦ Synopsis
A simple and efficent one-pot method was developed to give N-trimethylsilyloxy-a-amino phosphonate derivatives from aldehydes+hydroxylamines+dimethyl(trimethylsilyl)phosphonate in lithium perchlorate/diethyl ether solution (LPDE) in high yields.
