We calculate the self-energy of a single hole in the half-filled antlferromaguetic two-dimensional Hubbard model. The minimum energy occurs at k = (7r/2, 7r/2) and is 37% lower than in Hartree-Fock. The hole lifetime tends to infinity for low-lying states, showing that quasiholes are well-defined ex
