✦ Synopsis

Abstract

The influence 2H β†’ 3C transition on the lattice constants, electron paramagnetic resonance and electroluminescence of ZnS: Cu, Mn was investigated. The effect of the electron gasionized donors interaction on the lattice constants of crystal is discussed. It is concluded that 2H β†’ 3C transition is the first‐order phase transition.

The effect of ethambutol on uric acid metabolism was assessed in 14 patients, 8 with gout and 6 with tuberculosis. This antituberculous agent produces hyperuricemia by decreasing the renal clearance of uric acid. Although the exact mechanism responsible for this effect of ethambutol remains undefine
