Abstract
The influence 2H β 3C transition on the lattice constants, electron paramagnetic resonance and electroluminescence of ZnS: Cu, Mn was investigated. The effect of the electron gasionized donors interaction on the lattice constants of crystal is discussed. It is concluded that 2H β 3C transition is the firstβorder phase transition.
