โฆ Synopsis
In this experiment 24 mycelial mats were prepared in the usual way and distributed as follows:
4 samples: suspended over 100 ml basal medium to which 2 gins sucrose were added.
4 samples: suspended over 10O ml basal medium to which 2 gins sucrose 2 gins glucose were added. 4 samples: suspended over 100 ml basal medium to which 2 gins sucrose + 2 gins fructose were added.
4 samples: suspended over 100 ml basal medium to which 2 gms sucrose -{-5 gins glucose were added.
