The dispersion characteristics of a plasma in D pump field &(t) = (2, sin w$ + El sin w,t are considered. Firstly we assume, that the second wave is weak (I@,] < I&,l ) and the frequency w1 is near sw,(w, = sw, + B, f? <<ma). We obtain the dispersion equation, describing the parametric coupling of t
