Bisher ist nur nach kurzzeitiger Exposition mit 1,4-Phenylendiisothiocyanat die Induktion einer obstruktiven Cholangiopathie [l, 21 bei der Ratte beschrieben worden. In einem 4-Wochen-Versuch mit Benzylisothiocyanat (50 -200 mg/kg KM) an Ratten deuteten sich Epithelproliferationen im D. choledochus an [7].

Dies veranlaRte uns, einen subchronischen Versuch uber 13 Wochen anzuschliekn und dabei u.a. auch die biliare Substanzexkretion zu bestimmen.
