We measure torque for fields slightly tilted out of the CuO planes and dete~-dne a temperature and field dependent angular range where the transverse component of the applied field is completely shielded. In this region the torque is reversible and relaxation of the magnetization is absent.

Tunable coplanar Bal \_sr,TiO, (BSTO) thin-film capacitors with superconducting Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-0 (22 12 ) electrodes have been successfully prepared using RF sputtering onto LaAIOs (100) substrates. The capacitors were fabricated in a five-step process consisting of: deposition of a Ba2CaCu20x precurso
A microstrip resonator made from two TlzBa2CatCu2Ox films separated by a LaAIO3 dielectric has been irradiated with 2 MeV protons in fluence increments up to 10 t7 protons/cm 2. Measurements of the temperature-and fluence-dependence of the resonant frequency are analyzed in order to determine change
Magnetization curves of a T1 2212 single crystal with To= 107 K have been measured in fields perpendicular to the ab-plane and temperatures near TΒ’. Some qualitative changes in M versus H dependences have been observed at a temperature, To, 6.5 K below To. They are tentatively interpreted as a manif
