Reconstructed ion chromatograms have been used to identify relevant high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) peaks in a directly coupled high performance liquid chromatography/nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy/mass spectrometry (HPLC/NMR/MS) experiment. This has been applied to a study of
