โฆ Synopsis
Plezomotors use the plezoelectncally excited natural mechamcal oscillations of resonators to dnve a rotor The monomodal motors presented here are based on a purely longtudmally osciatmg rod which IS posltloned asymmetncally on a roller-shaped rotor Lateral displacement of the resonator tip resulting from the hard Impact dnves the rotor With a newly optimized longtudmal resonator, these umdlrectlonal motors have efficlencles of greater than 35% at rotational speeds of around 150 rpm These monomodal motors form the basis for a new blmodal motor which operates simultaneously wth a longtudmal and a flexural mode The rotational motion of the resonator tip, resulting from the superposltlon of these modes, 1s used to dnve the rotor directly With this concept, It has been possible for the first time to realize a reversible plezomotor reqmrmg only one electrical power amplifier

## Abstract We developed a novel hydroxyapatite (HA) cylinder (HAโA) and compared the slow release of antibiotic __in vitro__ as well as osteoconduction of the material __in vivo__ to a commercially produced porous hydroxyapatite cylinder (HAโB). HAโA (4 ร 4 mm) was synthesized by mixing HA powder,
A new press mechanism with combined input is proposed in this paper. An ordinary motor supplies main power while a servomotor adjusts motion. A single-freedom linkage driven by a servomotor is not applied in a mechanical press needing big power because of high cost, but the advent of the mechanism w
