The reaction of [TBA][ReOBr 4 (OPPh 3 )] with [HOC 6 H 4 C(H) NC 6 H 4 SH)] and [HOC 6 H 4 -2-P(C 6 H 5 ) 2 ] in methanol yielded [ReO{h 3 -(OC 6 H 4 C(H) NC 6 H 4 S)}{h 2 -OC 6 H 4 P(C 6 H 5 ) 2 }] (1). The coordination environment around rhenium is distorted octahedral with the ONS donors of the S
