β¦ Synopsis
In this paper, a new method to extract U(J) relationship in high-temperature superconductors is described without prior assumptions about the functional form of U(J), which is based on the Arrhenius .~te equation. This method is applied to a single crystal YBa.2Cu~Oo+z sample and we found that U{J,T = OK) follows a power law U cΒ’ J-~ with # = 1.2 for H [[ ab and # = 0.87 for H it e.

The anisotropy of the nuclear spin lattice relaxation rate T1 "! of planar 170 is reported for the "90 K" and "60 K" phases of YBCO single crystals. We show that the model of Millis Monlen and Pines cannot account for the "60 K" phase data.
Complex AC susceptibility measurements have been performed systematically on a melt-textured growth YBa2Cu206+ sample. The activation energy has been determined to be U(T, H, j)= Uo[1-(T/Tx)2]3/2(Ho/H)n ln(jo/j), with n = 0.46 and n ~ 0.59 for H II ab and H II c, respectively. The expressions U(H) ~
