We present new manifestations of Ο‡ (3) -lasing observed under one-micron picosecond pumping in calcite (CaCO 3), one of the oldest optical and nonlinear-laser crystals. Among the Ο‡ (3) -phenomena are 19 Stokes and anti-Stokes wavelength comb generation of more than two octaves (from 0.3734 ΞΌm to 1.6
