We have used pulsed NMR to investigate longitudinal spin diffusion in a dilute (350 ppm) solution of 3He in 4He at temperatures between 100 and 4 mI<. The design of our experiment allows us to measure Dll independently of DI. Our preliminary results are in good agreement with theoretical calculation

✦ Synopsis
Spin dynamics of 3He-4He dilute solution have been studied in the collisionless regime by using pulsed NMR methods. We observed non-linear effect on the large amplitude spin waves, the frequency of each spin wave mode shifted with changing a tipping angle. These behaviour are compared with the numerical calculation based on Leggett-Rice theory.
