✦ Synopsis
A new scheme for calculation of the resonant energy and wdth of an autoiomzmg colhsion system IS proposed. The model IS based on the non-Herrmtean DIM method. The resonant energy 1s calculated directly as an egenvalue of a real matrix, the width IS obtamcd from an approxunate fustarder perturbauon expression. An apphcation of the procedure to the He(2 'S)-H2 system is presented_
