Abstract
The transverse magnetoresistivity of nβSi with different impurity densities was investigated theoretically and experimentally for a nonsymmetrical orientation of the current in strong electric fields. The experimental results for the linear change of conductivity with respect to the magnetic field are compared with numerical data and qualitative agreement is shown.

## Abstract The conductivity of semiconductors with respect to a weak alternating electric field in the presence of applied stationary electric and magnetic fields has been calculated. The energy band of free carriers is supposed to be isotropic but, in general case, nonβparabolic. Different specia
