The mechanism of charge carrier transport in P-hydrogen phthalocyaninc hns been siudied with the aid of the recent hfunn and Sicbmnd theory. it is SIIOWI that the band-model is not applicable to metal-free phthalocyanine except for electron transport along the crysxllographic 6-uis.
